3. Services

Next Step Therapy provides psychotherapy services to residents of Ontario. Services are provided by Registered Psychotherapists regulated by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our practice adheres to the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the standards of the CRPO.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.
